Filing Fee

$650 Note: If you filed Form N-400 as a member of the U.S. Armed Forces (i.e. under sections 328 or 329 of the INA) and we denied your application, you do not need to pay a fee to file Form N-336.

Attorney or representative: You may be represented, at no expense to the U.S. Government, by an attorney or other authorized representative. Your representative must submit Form G-28, Notice of Entry or Appearance as Attorney or Representative, with your Form N-336.  Your representative may also submit Form G-28 at the time of your interview.
