Purpose of Form:
Employers may use this form to request
faster processing of certain employment-based petitions and
applications. Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker
and Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker have been
designated for Premium Processing Service; however, not all
designated classifications within these forms are eligible for
Premium Processing Service at this time. To obtain

Premium Processing Service for Form I-129 – Initial
Filings
Form I-129 is filed at the Vermont Service Center. If you
are requesting Premium Processing Service for your Form I-129
you must send both Forms I-907 and I-129, along with
any required supplemental information, to the correct Service
Center.

Premium Processing Service for Form I-129 –
Upgrades for Pending Cases
If you have previously filed Form I-129, and you now wish
to request Premium Processing Service for it, file the Form
I-907 with the Service Center where your Form I-129 is
pending. Include a copy of Form I-797, Notice of Action, the
filing receipt which you received, or a copy of the transfer
notice, if you were notified that your pending Form I-129 has
been transferred to another Service Center. To ensure that the
Form I-907 is matched up with your pending Form I-129, you
must completely answer questions 1 through 5 in Part 2 of the
Form I-907. If this information is not provided, the Form
I-907 will be rejected.
If your Form I-129 is pending at the Vermont Service
Center, send the Form I-907 to that center at the address
listed above. Premium Processing addresses for the California
Service Center, Texas Service Center, and Nebraska Service
Center are listed below to facilitate requests for Premium
Processing upgrades for Forms I-129 that may be pending at
